Assists the Chair and assumes their responsibilities in their absence.

Supporting board committees.
Assisting in strategic initiatives.
Facilitating board member engagement.
Chief Operating Officer
Maintains board records and ensures accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
Recording minutes of board meetings.
Maintaining bylaws and other governance documents.
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Chief Financial Officer
Oversees financial management and ensures financial integrity.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring financial statements and reports.
Overseeing the budgeting process.
Ensuring proper financial controls and audits.
General Board Member
Provide oversight, strategic direction, and support to the organization.
Responsibilities:
Participating in board meetings and committees.
Assisting in fundraising efforts.
Leveraging their expertise to support the nonprofit’s mission.
